Craft Pricing Calculator works offline and requires no account. Most data and recovery controls are available from Settings inside the App.

Email ammbells@gmail.com. Include your app version, device model, operating-system version, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send confidential supplier or pricing data unless it is necessary for your request.

Back up or restore

Open Settings and choose Export backup to save a machine-readable copy through the system file picker. Choose Restore backup to validate and restore a compatible file. Existing data is preserved when validation fails.

Recover an interrupted edit

The App autosaves product drafts locally. Return to Projects and open the recovered draft banner or reopen the product to continue.

Inventory does not change while editing

Recipe edits are estimates and never deduct stock. Inventory changes only after you confirm a production run or create a manual adjustment.

Margin and markup are different

Margin is profit divided by the final sale price. Markup is profit divided by unit production cost. Choose the method that matches your pricing policy; the App shows the effective result for both.

Delete local data

Open Settings and use Reset all data. The App requires exact confirmation before removing its local database. Delete any exported PDF or backup files separately from their saved locations.
