Privacy Policy

Craft Pricing Calculator (the “App”) is published by AMM Group on Google Play and by INFOLENS DIGITAL LTD on the Apple App Store (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy explains how the App handles information.
Summary
The App works offline without an account. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share the product, material, supplier, price, quantity, inventory, labor, fee, note, or calculation information you enter. The current release has no advertising, analytics, or third-party crash-reporting SDK.
Information stored on your device
The App stores your settings, products, material library, supplier notes, purchase records, fee profiles, drafts, inventory ledger, production history, and calculation snapshots locally on your device. This information is used only to provide the features you request.
Exports, backups, and sharing
When you create a PDF summary or machine-readable backup, the App uses the operating system’s file picker or share sheet. You choose the destination and recipient. We do not receive a copy. Files you export remain wherever you save or send them until you delete them there.
Internet access and diagnostics
Core features do not require internet access. The current release does not send analytics events, advertising identifiers, crash reports, or user-entered business information to us. Your app-store provider may independently process download, diagnostic, or account information under its own privacy policy.
App-store ratings and reviews
After you complete useful actions such as recording production or sharing a pricing summary, the App may ask Apple or Google to show its standard in-app rating prompt. The App does not ask how you feel beforehand and does not receive your star rating or review text. Anything you choose to submit is sent directly to your app-store provider and is handled under that provider's terms and privacy policy. A local count, date, and app-version marker are stored only on your device to avoid asking too often.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain on your device until you delete individual records, use the in-app data reset, or uninstall the App. Production reversals create compensating ledger entries so business history remains auditable. A full data reset removes the App’s local database after exact confirmation. Exported files must be deleted separately from the location where you saved them.
Security
The App relies on operating-system application sandboxing and device security. No method of storage is completely secure, so protect your device with an appropriate passcode and keep backups in a location you trust.
Children
The App is a general business tool and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Business and professional decisions
The App performs calculations from values you provide. It is not an accounting, tax, financial, or legal service, and it does not send your calculations to us.
Changes to this policy
If the App later adds optional online services or diagnostic tools, this policy and the app-store privacy disclosures will be updated before those features are released. The effective date above identifies the current version.
